Another Fee Free Weekend Coming Up in August at Yellowstone
In response to tough economic times and wanting to give as many people as possible the opportunity to go on a tour of Yellowstone, the interior minister, Ken Salazar, came up with the weekend tax-free to encourage Americans to national tourist parks. Yellowstone Tours are some of the most breathtaking scenery in North America. With over three hundred active geysers, sixty-seven species of mammals and three hundred twenty species of birds recorded. Yellowstone Lake, 7,000 meters above sea level, is the largest high altitude lake in North America and a great place to get in some fishing or just a leisurely cruise in the open in August tax free on sky.The weekends is not the first of this summer, is not strictly limited to tours of Yellowstone. The Interior Department's intention is to enable tourists to visit all the national parks this summer, not only Yellowstone Park. There are one hundred forty-seven national parks in the United States, which charge fees for admission and all are free of charge August 15 and 16. Most Americans live within driving distance of at least one of them, so it's a great way to spend a summer weekend with the house two weekends free of summer fare for trips in Yellowstone and have passed: 20 June 21 and July 18 and 19. Early indications are that this national park "stimulus" package, the number of tourists and in fact resulted in additional revenue in the sale of souvenirs and concessions. Hikers, birdwatchers, photographers and tested by hundreds of savings. If'll take a tour of Yellowstone this year, be sure to check the Fishing Bridge Museum, Museum of the Norris Geyser Basin, Obsidian Cliff, the Old Faithful Inn Historic District, Roosevelt Lodge Historic District, Fort Yellowstone Mammoth Hot Springs. Your children will enjoy becoming a Junior or Junior Ranger scientific and can be guided through a Yellowstone park ranger real life or answer any questions you may have.
